"The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 kids; the service was amazing - from the warm welcome from Frank when we arrived to help from others throughout our stay, nothing was too much travel. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people! Will definitely come back here"

"The Dusit Thani is my go to hotel in Dubai. If you are visiting the DIFC for business it is less than 10 mins walk from Gate Avenue which then takes you into the DIFC and access to all the main offices. Saves loads of time waiting for taxis or sitting in the huge traffic jams. The hotel is dry which suits me personally. Rooms are very comfortable, nice towels, decent toilet paper and a fantastic gym. "

Not only was the service impeccable, but we also shared laughter, engaging conversation, and unforgettable moments over delicious food and cake. Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay. "Nice hotel with great service and well appointed rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A great feature was the onsite coffee - tea bar with space to work and meet colleagues. The roof top pool and bar were also great features. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel."

"like i have said in several reviews before, there is nothing i dont like about this hotel. absolutely nothing. i like everything about this hotel and that is why i keep going back there. the location is very ideal, so close to the airport and the metro station. the hotel is very clean and offers incredible amenities like 18 restaurants and 4 swimming pools. staff are very very and helpful, always on hand and ready to assist. incredible hotel"
