"Love the proximity of hotel to Shibuya Crossing and station. 2nd time staying here. The last time I got a bigger room for 2 people. This time, the 3 bed room was small. Love the staff though."

"Location was very convenient and lively especially at night. Room was clean and the AC was strong. We faced the side with the trains but slept fine as we aren’t light sleepers. The view of the city was great from our 16th floor window as well! Loved the hotel scent in all the common areas. "

Walls are quite thin - could hear the guy next door snoring. But overall a great hotel & would recommend staying here for a couple of nights as part of your Tokyo trip."
