"Hotel is very close to Shinjuku station which is very convenient for getting around. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. As soon as you started for the front desk, staff would be out from behind the counter meeting you half way. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and bigger than I thought it would be. The beds are a little on the firm side but that’s the only negative thing I can say. Also the airport bus picks you up in the parking lot which is super convenient. "
