"The rooms were very spacious (especially for Tokyo) with plenty of space for personal belongings and luggage. The bathroom was small but standard for Japan. Furniture is a little dated but the room is very clean and housekeeping has to clean the room at least every 3 days even if you put a do not disturb sign but they do warn you. We were up on the 31st floor so could barely hear the street noise however the extract air in the bathroom was very noisy even with the bathroom door shut. Throughout...

"Great location, rooms are on the smaller size, but nice for Tokyo. Staff at the receptionist desk are not the most helpful. We were trying to arrange transportation between two indigo hotels and the staff didn’t provide many solutions, I think mostly due to the language barrier. Which is unfortunate since the hotel markets to western costumers. But the staff on the third are more helpful with transportation suggestions "
