"Wow! I had a great time. The host and his family were incredibly nice and helpful. The host is on a nearby property, and we communicated through whatsapp. He was very prompt about any issue, request, and question. The wifi worked great. So did the AC. And also the hot water. A ten minute walk to the right is Unawatuna Beach, a beautiful place to swim and relax. Around, there are lots of wonderful restaurants with western and local cuisine. "As a Sri Lankan living abroad who has travelled to many countries, this was a rare and memorable find in Sri Lanka. We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, eco-friendly hotel. It is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Mirissa Beach, and the property is exceptionally well maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to accommodate our requests. A particularly nice touch was being personally greeted by the owners during breakfast, which made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful, sustainable place to stay in Mirissa, I highly recommend this hotel."
