Thank u nora for everything and every step u did for us definitely will be coming again and i really recommend this place for families especially families with kids and also i want to mention sara for the best accommodation and customer service , i dont want to forget about chef kamal he was amazing and the food was very very delicious with a plenty of food variety . "This is truly a little gem, a half hour drive from the centre of Marakech. Julia and her team have created a beautifully decorated, calm and relaxing space to lap up the sun. It’s rare to find such a relaxing space with a beautiful swimming pool. I was a little apprehensive spending five days here alone, without a car, but I needn’t have worried. Julia arranged transfers and Layla’s delicious authentic meals were just perfect. Julia is really attentive and sensitive to guests needs and is always on hand if required; her friendliness and hospitality was very much appreciated. Lovely bedding, great pillows and plenty of hot water (although not required in this heat) and air conditioning, all with great company, what more could you ask for! There is also the added bonus of having the dogs around. Julia always checks if this is ok and they can be relocated elsewhere if required. Personally they added to the experience and they were welcomed visitors. In short, if you are looking for an authentic place, where you are welcomed and you can relax and swim in beautiful surroundings, meeting great people then this is for you. Many thanks to Julia and her team, I still miss you all and hope to be back soon. Take special attention when Julia is explaining taps, as hot water is boiling, kids will need supervision to avoid scalding. This would be the same anywhere. Again, many thanks for such a wonderful stay. 😍"

"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "

"Staff are amazing and accommodative. Kasbah was as you’d expect and was very authentically Moroccan. Food is far more expensive than expected BUT it was some of the best we experienced during our trip. They also made sure everything was freshly prepared and would cook additional items they knew we liked. The staff member Hamid was a gentleman and gave us a great insight into the culture, people and food. He is a huge asset to the Kasbah. "

"Arrival was a little confusing but lovely spot on the river. Room was lovely and clean. Only minor thing is lots of wasps/bees hanging about especially with breakfast can be a little off putting. "
