"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time."

"Our stay at Riad Cle de Sol was absolutely wonderful a real oasis of peace and beauty in the countryside. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Abdoud for his responsiveness and organisation, and to Houssaine and his lovely wife Yussra for their warmth and care throughout our stay. "I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. The hotel and waterpark is tired, in places, and it’s not luxury, but the lovely staff and my son’s smiles made up for that. The all inclusive food was nice. I can imagine it might get repetitive after a week, but there are so many options. It was busy at peak meal times, but we were there in high season so can’t expect a peaceful dinner. The staff work incredibly hard to keep fresh food coming out and tables cleared and cleaned. We were allowed to stay after we checked out, until 6pm as my son was enjoying it so much. We would definitely go back, for another short stay, if we go to Marrakesh again. "
