"Tek bir personel vardı. 5 gün konakladık oda temizliği çarşaf değişimi yapılmıyor. Tuvalet kağıdını bile dolapları karıştırıp kendimiz bulduk. Yemek servisi olmadığı belirtildi ve verilmedi. İlk gün havuz pisti meğer bozukmuş. Tüm duş başlıkları bozuk ve belirtmemize rağmen otel boş olduğu halde oda değişimi de yapılmadı tamirci çağırdık dendi. İşletmeci olduğu düşünülen bir bayanı tüm gün otel de hiç göremedik. Genel temizlik çok kötüydü. Bir daha asla kalmam ödediğimiz paraya yazık oldu."
