Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !"
