"The so-called eco friendly messaging is just a way of covering up for doing things on the cheap. The air conditioning was turned off, even though it was 25 degrees. We had to sleep with the windows open at night. The fitness center was hidden away in back of the bar. The desk clerk had to open it. Of the three machines, two were broken. There were also no towels. "
