"For the $91 per night price, this was very good value. Indeed, the property is a mere 5 minutes from the port and train station, which is great. Also, there are good restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute walk. There is a decent full kitchen, although there appeared to be no way to make ice. "The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a spring that had broken and made it inpossible to get a good nights sleep. Really cheap pillows the kind filled with foam chips. No hot water from the taps in the sink the only way to get hot water was by having a shower. Did not get the security codes to enter, i had to phone to get them. The only good thing i can say is that it was clean."

I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"Booking was straightforward on Expedia and I opted for this one (for a party of 3) because it was closer to my intended destination, equal in price comparison to Travelodge.
