"We stayed in a family room (7) and chose it for the fact it has 2 separate sleeping areas divided by a curtain so plenty of space for everyone to get a good nights sleep. Each room has a tv. There’s an ensuite and also a separate WC. The decor in the main bedroom very pretty but the other room need a bit of paint to bring it up to the same and it also could have done with a fan. "We were going to a wedding nearby and needed an early check in to be able to get changed, having flown into LHR 2 hours earlier. The manager (Amanda I think her name was) had both our rooms ready for us which was amazing. Rooms were spacious, well furnished and immaculately clean. Breakfast was fab (I had eggs florentine). All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll be back :-)"
