"Rock Ledge motel was very close to Alexandria Bay for walking and catching tours. Pet friendly is always a concern and our pup was welcome here. I love the charm of older establishments, and appreciate the hard work it takes to maintain and improve them. The room was spacious and clean. We rented a king bedrooom. It provided all that we expected for an older motel. The staff was friendly. The area felt safe and quiet when we stayed there 3 nights in September."

"Perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable apartment with basic necessities. Convenient location in town and on the water with access to a dock for our boat and driveway for truck and trailer. Communication with host was excellent."

"The house is an older home, but it was in a beautiful location. It was right across from the river so seeing the boats going by was nice. Walking distance to downtown. The house could use some updating especially in the one bathroom. There was no ventilation."

"We had a great time in the cabin at Alex Bay. It was spacious, clean and really convenient to everything in the area. Bob was a friendly, fabulous host who responded immediately when we had questions and communicated clearly. We would love to return in the future and would absolutely book there again."

"The location was perfect and I loved how everything in Alexandria Bay was so close, we never had to travel very far to get or do anything we wanted to do. There is no Wi-Fi offered and I missed that it was not listed in the amenities; I think we just assumed it would be and never gave it much thought. I would have appreciated it if that would have been mentioned in the actual write up of the listing. The condo was very clean and had anything else we needed. Neighborhood was friendly. Balcony was a decent size, room for at least 6 people. This was the best part for me, I love sitting outside in the mornings having coffee. All in all, we loved the space and enjoyed our time in Alexandria Bay."
