"On the hotels web site it lists many restaurants that are walkable . There is NOTHING that is within reach . Nothing!! Totally misrepresented. Also entire hotel lobby is under construction. My guest uses an electric scooter and there was no door to enter property , only a revolving door which was very difficult to navigate . Hotel hallways were full of debris and garbage, very dirty . Overall do NOT recommend . Very rude hotel front desk staff as we expressed our concerns"

"Great place to stay! We missed our flight (and had trouble at the rental car center) getting us in super late. We called to let them know and they were gracious enough to accommodate us. The front desk stayed until we were all checked in and our car was valeted. We were driving a long distance after our stay and asked for a late checkout. They couldn't do much longer than Noon but offered it to us for a small fee. We were pretty happy about it because we were so tired after all of our travel complications. Our room was pristine and it was nice to have a long hot bath in a beautiful, deep tub complete with soaking salts. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and that Honey Bee Latte was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted! What a great way to start the morning. The valet crew was so nice helping us as we left, it really set the tone for that day and left us feeling like we made the right choice in hotels."

"We had to call and cancel due to a family death. They never refunded our money like the hotel said they would!"

"The AC unit has a hole so the heat from the outside comes inside, so the room will never be cold the first night I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was roaches so they transferred me to a new room and in that room before I even got to settle in there was bed bugs on the towels in the bathroom just crawling and the bedsheets are all stained. It’s just the worst place to stay so I suggest you guys don’t spend your money, not worth it better to spend a little more."
