The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. "Great location in North Terminal of Gatwick airport. Don’t even have to go outside. Several Restaurants on site at hotel or access to the airport facilities are easy as well. Also near shuttle link to South Terminal where there is access to direct trains into London."

"This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."
