"There was a broken cabinet…I also opted to upgrade, I thought it was available before I got there and I submitted for it but when I got there the receptionist said that was not the case…I’m not sure why I got the notice hours before I got there, just to be told it wasn’t true…kinda disappointed "

"This was such a gem of a place for us to take a plane to get back to the Chicago airport. It only took us 18 minutes (early in the morning) to get to O'hare. I enjoyed staying there. "
