"The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, nice tv. However...the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub/shower specifically. The tub walls have been painted and the paint was chipped everywhere. The plug to the drain was missing so no taking a bath (not that i would in the condition it was in) the bar soap holder was chipping paint so nowhere to put that. The door to the bathroom was chipping paint. Behind the door near the corner of the tub there was black im assuming mold growing. The...

"Room was very nice and spacious. Loved the separate sitting area and large TV. Very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Location was great with easy on /off the Interstate."

"The room was very clean. The arrangement well laid out. The only complaint is where the plugs were. One side of the bed had a power strip the other did not. You usually find others in lamps but this was not the case even at the desk I had to crawl under the desk to plug in my laptop. "

"They double charged the room, couldn’t find my reservation, put it under another name, had an email attached not used when I booked it, gave me a gmail account with with bank information and did not reverse the charges. My daughter left her makeup there they couldn’t find it, still no refund, and this was with a dance competition group. I’m still waiting and it’s a lot of money. "
