One remark though- Security deposit of $50 were not released until now which is three complete weeks yet it’s not refunded so am not happy about this long wait process. "My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Arlington Heights - Schaumburg and it was well worth it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had left the hotel without a jacket of ours that we forgot in the hotel closet and when calling the staff, they were more than willing to help us out in having our jacket returned to us via shipping and let us know the procedure in order to do so. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago!"
