Room was amazing, though on checkout found a few bottle caps and a half-consumed bottle of punch under the couch. Beyond that, it felt clean. Bed was good, breakfast was good, all was good!"

"It’s getting harder and harder to find a quality hotel that has a good location, great staff, and is very clean. But the Best Western had all those things. And the morning breakfast was very good. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were in the breakfast area, but also at the front desk. For that matter, the cleaning staff were also excellent, and I gave them a big tip. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would pick this as my number one choice if I were coming to the Hammondsport area again. P.S. I thought I had a billing issue, believing that I’d been billed twice. The manager checked into it immediately and was very helpful. Turns out I was not double billed, but the professionalism in handling my concern was appreciated."
