"The afternoon staff, I wish I had gotten their names. A female and male were so helpful answering our questions about the area. The only thing better would have been if they sold drinks. A great place to stay and walk to the Yankees game. We will definitely be back!"

"Love this hotel. Ask for a room that faces the interior courtyard on a high floor if you want to avoid street noise (there is a fire station across the street). The AC is the best on the UWS. Neighborhood is walkable and people at the hotel are friendly. Love to order Serafina and get it delivered to the room. Rooms can be small but those with two queens are larger. I’ll be staying here again in the fall."

"Everyone was so nice! The beds are comfortable and the staff is constantly cleaning, so even there are messy guests, it’s not for long. And last and most important, it’s an inclusive space and they make sure that’s held by everyone and seen by all guests"
