"We loved the recent stay in Oliver's cute and very clean property. We really enjoyed the views especially at breakfast and as the sun sets. We found the location really ideal as being so close to Dillion, Frisco and Breckenridge. I would highly recommend the walk along the rocky beach at Lake Dillion. The property was just as listed and we found it very enjoyable and cozy. "

"The proximity to the lake was great, but the rooms were freezing, literally 58 and the heaters didn't work. We found a space heater and used that. Said it was non smoking, but the whole hotel smelled of smoke. It's literally a Super 8 by the lake. Not worth the money."
