"The hotel was conveniently located for the airport and about 30 minutes from the city centre on line 5 metro The staff were friendly, we could not get the courtesy bus from the airport as we waited and ended up paying 25€ for a taxi, that could have been better information provided. It was a very convenient stay as we flew in one day and flew out the next. All of the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and courteous. We only speak English, and all of the staff did as well.
