"The property was clean and is in a good location.
However, there was no bath towels provided in our room. We had to use 1 hand towel for 2 persons for showering twice. The room was cold, a light blanket was provided and the heater was not functioning properly. We could not sleep properly because of the cold. We tried calling a few times but no one picked up on the number provided. It was disappointing."

"Good location and close to village but access is down a steep path making it difficult with children and bags. Bunk beds are not suitable for children as there is no guard rail. They are also wobbly and old and felt unsafe meaning we had to move the mattresses onto the floor. Heating wasn’t on when we arrived and management were not particularly helpful when we called for advice. Cleanliness was average with dirty mugs and blood stains on some bedding. No hairdryer. "
