The sheets were stained and my wife encountered roaches in the bathroom. We didn't stay the night. We checked out immediately. We returned the keys and asked to be checked out. I received a message the next morning saying it was time to check out. It seems that we weren't checked out. I would like a refund."

"Room was not as clean as it could be and TV channel selections were horrible; no instructions and staff couldn't answer questions about it. About the only thing that was great was the breakfast; one of the best I've had in a hotel and cooks were fantastically good and nice!!!"
