"Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge...

"Great hotel, great front desk staff. The room was not *very* soundproof, I could hear noisy guests in the corridor and in their rooms. The worst thing was there was no shower gel/body wash in the wall mounted dispenser in the shower, it was completely empty, so very unhappy about this. Otherwise, the room was 9/10 cosmetic condition some wear showing, and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Overall quite good 8/10. Recommended as a short stay hotel."

"The room air conditioner was not working. So I opened the window only to allow a swarm of mosquitos in the room. Closing the window, I tried the A/C, one more time. By then it was two a.m. with no sleep while I had a pillow fight with myself in a sweaty bed. The next morning I asked the desk clerk for a refund, who talked to the manager and he refused mye my refund!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mont Sant! The photos do not do it justice. The rooms are spread out and situated within lush foliage (bamboo, fruit trees, flowers, ferns, and much more) so that they seem very private and secluded. The hotel sits part way up a large incline that leads to a castle fortress. You can walk or bike the path to the castle (recommend sneakers and water) or drive. The castle lies along a self-guided walking path that continues down the incline, past the hotel, and...
