This will be a strange review in that I didn't leave the room for the entire stay. I didn't eat in the restaurant, and I didn't explore the area, although the area looked to be amazing. I came down with food poisoning and double pneumonia while in Berlin ( on my way to Copenhagen.) The staff could not have been kinder. When, on a Sunday, when I inquired about a clinic, they saw to it that a doctor came to the hotel. That alone makes this hotel stand out in my mind.

Highly recommended Kong Arthur hotel

Loved staying in such a historic and colorful harbor area. Easy walking to Hop On bus stop, canal boat tours, restaurants and walking to a street food area. A little busy due to its location to attractions, but overall the hotel is in a very enjoyable area. For those who expect A/C in their room, the Hotel does not have it, but the room had an electric fan and the weather was cool at night, so I was very comfortable.

I stayed for my birthday and the entire staff made me feel very special. Rooms were very clean and they even provided umbrellas in the room in case it rained. Drinks at the bar were also fantastic.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gym was under renovation and bed was harder than I like which is the only negatives

The stay was excellent! The facilities were impeccably clean, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfying. The location was superb, and I definitely plan on returning in the future. Additionally, I must commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay

Great location right off of the harbor area. Conveniently located to some great dining options as well as the metro.

Amazing service, as well as many more modern controls for your room! However be aware the bathroom is glass. So whomever youre with will be able to see EVERYTHING! Other than that we loved it!

What is superb location with parking just to the side of the of the building. Super close and easily walking distance to plenty of shopping, dining, grocery store and pastry store options. Check-in was very smooth and quick. The Room was very well maintained with very tall ceilings, lots of windows and a large bathroom. Front Desk was extremely organized, helpful and curteous. Breakfast offered in the lower level was delicious. The architecture was quite interesting. The entire hotel holds quite the history lesson.

We arrived a little after 6:00 p.m. The entrance door was locked, with a notice that guests with reservations arriving after 5:00 p.m. could find room keys in the mail box. We found an envelope with my name on it that contained the entrance and room key. We entered the hotel, and it was surreal. The beautiful and soothing public room was deserted. Very nice hotel. Super convenient to airport. Short walk indoors. Had very early breakfast starting at4:30 am which was great with our very early flight.

This location is downtown in Nyhavn, and is accessible from a Metro station. The hotel is updated and modern, and the rooms are clean. The lobby is spacious and worth spending time in (includes a lounge, bar, business center, and space where breakfast is served). Rooms are small, but not the smallest I've seen in Europe. Would recommend, would stay again.

Convenient location. Room clean and really quiet at night. Breakfast was abundant. Location was couple minutes from Tivoli main entrance. Staff very helpful.
