Dog mangler der Skiltning i trappe gangen, så man kan finde værelserne. vi rendte på flere etager før vi fandt vores værelse.
Derudover mangler der bedre information om udtjekning muligheder, vi måtte vente til morgenmaden kl 7.30 for at kunne betale og forlade hotellet"

"It could be a fantastic place, if only the check in communication was better, the door locks worked properly and if the door was blacked out to allow sleep -days are long in Denmark, not everyone can sleep with lights coming in. "

"This hotel is amazing. Our room was fantastic. The hotel itself has the coolest vibe. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful.
The location is great, close to good restaurants.
We had the Fish & Chips at the Hotel restaurant and it was one of the best ever. A MUST stay while in Copenhagen. "
