The staff was kind-- when I asked about the silver perk at the desk, the gentleman was unsure what it was but offered free breakfast vouchers for the duration of my stay. "I gave 5 stars because the customer service was amazing. I got a complimentary drink at the bar and a free coffee while I waited for check in without even asking. There could be improvements like a fan or ac but the window opened helped. Also could be a little bit cleaner in the room but for the price of everything and it being close to the train 5 stars! "
