"This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. "It is in the middle of the city but it is still very quiet in the evening and provides a very peaceful night's sleep. Location is within 15 mins of the major shopping belt and transport is not a problem as well.
