"We arrived around 2pm and they allowed us to check in early which was very nice. The room was clean but we had to ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out and an additional towel (we had 4 on the reservation but I've noticed Hilton usually only puts 3 towels in a room). The reception was nice and breakfast was very good. The location was the best part-- connected to the convention center and walking distance to the Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and the downtown shops/restaurants. The kids tried the pool and had fun but it got very crowded in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel!"

"The Arlington is not one of those todays standards luxury hotel. It is a luxury historical hotel. Doesn’t have the extra bells and whistles Close to anything that downtown hot springs has to offer. Bar in lobby area that has great live music. "

"The staff was friendly and the koi pond was super cool. However, our room only had 2 pillows, a thin woven blanket, and a sheet. The bed was also very uncomfortable and squeaky. The room was mostly clean but the shower curtain did have spots of black mold on it. The view was pretty but I don’t really feel like the room was worth the price we paid for it. We will be staying somewhere else next time we come to hot springs. "

"When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. Room was clean, water didn’t get hot in the shower. Friendliness and customer service will go a long way. Don’t know who the guy behind the counter was at night, but he absolutely sucks at his job. I don’t even care if he owns the hotel. "

"Great location. Pillows were pretty sad. Avoid rooms near the elevators on higher floors - noise from elevator motors was a problem."

"The room was OK it was nice enough that you would be comfortable in it. Now the location was great. You didn't have to fight a lot of traffic to get in and out of your Hotel. Just drive to the light and take a right or left and keep straight either directions lead to all the action."
