"First of all, the property looks just like it does in the pictures. It is so cute and cozy. The beds are comfy. The property is sparkling clean. Beautiful plants! LOVE the hammocks! My expectations were low on the creek that runs a short distance behind the house, but it was awesome! So pretty and great to cool off in after a hot day. The location was perfect for us. It’s not far off of the highway but it’s very quiet inside. It’s so convenient to come and go. The kitchen had everything we needed. Didn’t use the grill or the fire pit but plan to on the next trip. We’ve already booked our next trip for the fall. Kat was great to work with..so nice and and answered questions very quickly! 😁"

"We stayed the weekend at this condo. We absolutely loved it. It was so peaceful to just sit outside and relax. The condo was great, it had everything you would need, very clean. We loved it being so close to the water. We watched so many boats go by, the people would wave, very friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back."

"The property is tucked away in a quiet spot in the neighborhood and a part of the lake that isn't busy. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and porches multiple times. There was plenty of room for 2. The kitchen had all the necessities, WiFi worked well (T-Mobile not so much), and the host was responsive and gracious. The drive to downtown Hot Springs was very reasonable. We would happily stay there again."

"What an incredible time we had here! Pam was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. My husband and I were celebrating our 10-year anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place. We had a great time exploring the river, relaxing in the hot tub, and chilling by the fire pit at night. We felt like we were in our own private oasis, but we were still close enough to enjoy everything Hot Springs has to offer. The house was impeccable and was stocked with absolutely everything we could need. If you get the chance to stay here, take it! You will not be disappointed!!"
