"Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was even better than expected. It was extremely clean, comfortable and truly cozy! I typically clean any place we stay before I am comfortable enough to sleep or shower, but no need to do so here. The view of the water from the back patio is awesome. We enjoyed just sitting out there much of the time. The houses are close together, but you don't notice it. The fence and landscape provide a degree of privacy. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! Carol is such a gracious host! She is quick to reply to messages, and very helpful. The only issue I had was related to the VRBO site itself. Glitched when I was trying to make the payment. I had to call their customer service number to get it processed. If you like flavored coffee you will need to bring some along. There is no k-cup coffee machine. There is a regular coffee pot, so no problem as long as you bring someone with you to drink the rest of the pot. I usually have one cup each morning, so my husband drank the rest each day we were there. Lol. I think we have found our new favorite place. :)"

"This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this property. Carol our host was so welcoming and great to work with. The cottage was just as advertised and is situated right on the water in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The cottage was clean and had anything and everything you might need. The sunroom overlooking the water is the best spot for morning coffee or catching up on emails. Would absolutely recommend. "

"Well-designed home with incredible views. Welcome music playing upon arrival was a lovely touch , made us feel like we were on vacation instantly . Equipped with everything you could need . Having kayaks etc at your disposal is amazing. Home is a bit away from the hustle and bustle (to us that was a perk) but about 15-25 minutes from various activities in HS. Quiet park of the lake was peaceful, even spotted a bald Eagle- wow. Hosts very communicative and kind. Would book again! "

"This was the perfect spot for being on Lake Ouachita. Absolutely gorgeous! We had easy access to the lake, just steps away. Having a full kitchen to prepare food was nice. Just be aware, there is no wifi in the cabins, and cell service (for me and my husband) was very spotty. The satellite channels they have are minimal. Most things are pay per view, so there's generally just 1 or 2 free movie options per evening. No Netflix/Hulu/HBO. We weren't in the cabin much, so it wasn't a huge deal, just don't plan on trying to do computer work or use the internet unless you've made other preparations."

"This property is amazing and is exactly as it is described in its listing. We wanted to give our friends from France a little taste of Arkansas' natural beauty, and this was definitely the right place. We saw rabbits, deer, and geese without leaving the property. We spent time near the water and on the water (but not in the water this time of year). We pulled the boat right up to the house then toured Lake Hamilton. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The neighbors were even friendly! This place absolutely deserves a 5-star rating!"
