"What I liked: Clean and spacious room. Up to date building construction and furniture. Good breakfast. What I didn't like: At the front desk during the check-in, we kindly asked the front desk clerk about the breakfast hours and replied us with a rude tone and loud voice that he was about to start giving us that information, he seemed upset as if we were interrupting his routine check-in process. We felt very surprised about this attitude but let him do his stuff and moved on to get to the room since we were very tired. I think that it takes some patience and better attitude when giving a simple service like this. For the records, that was the only question we asked during the check-in. During check-out everything was perfect with the new front desk clerk, the lady was completely different. It's a pity this has happened, otherwise it would have been a neat experience."
