"Very nice looking place. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was great. My vehicle was protected from the elements. Unfortunately the wifi was down which canceled out tv service. There wasn't any kind of back up for tv service, no wifi = no tv. Hopefully they rectify the situation and maybe set something up for, at the least, tv service if wifi goes down again."

"Great location. Some areas are within an easy walking distance. The free trolley car, certainly is. Rooms were large and clean. Great choices at the breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again."

"We booked online, where it was written that there would be no added charges upon check-in, yet they tacked on over $60 in extras when we arrived. Our room was decent - 2 queens and a pull out couch - but it had clearly not be cleaned well. We found hair all over the bathroom and candy wrappers shoved into one of the beds. The breakfast area was an absolute disaster. The employees were just walking around not refilling or cleaning anything while the plates and utensils ran out. People were crowding to cut in the omelet line just to get plates for the other areas. No one was there to clean off tables as guests left, so there were many people literally sitting on the floor or standing just to eat their food. I will say the chef who was making omelets was amazing. He was super patient through all of the chaos and kept up an impressive rate of speed while still interacting with everyone. Overall, this hotel was a good choice based on location and amenities, but was not worth near what they charge."

"The only good thing ab this crap hole is the air conditioning does work well. We killed MULTIPLE roaches & MULTIPLE spiders while staying here. One of which was a black widow spider. & Another was in the bed with us, when we woke up one morning. The bathtub had a literal good sized hole, where the drain is at. That's where I'm guess SOME of the bugs was coming from. Told the peeps there multiple times. Wouldn't move us. There is 1 younger guy, who works there. He works days. He is a really nice guy. He will actually try & make ur stay better. He is the only other perk there. The young lady who works nights/evenings, is HORRIBLE! A liar. I could go on & on. Stay at ur own risk!"

"The hotel itself is decent and the receptionist was great. Went to our room and had to change due to a shirt being left in the closet and the room not clean at all. New room was much cleaner, but when we took our showers, we were in standing water the whole time. Which is not pleasant at all. Would not recommend this place. Definitely would be much better once it goes through some updates and cleaning"
