"Location was amazing and hotel was nice. Our only “issue” was the 25 Euro breakfast which definitely wasn’t worth it. Also, the service wasn’t the best. We continually had to find a staff member to get a drink in the bar and they did not have staff available to bring cutlery to the room. "

"Upon arrival we were told that an associate would take us to our apartment. After waiting around for 15 - 20 minutes I asked someone if they could help us. They showed us to our apartment. The apartment was bare bones. There were not kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was no room in the bathroom for toiletries. The kitchen table was an office desk. The queen bed has 2 very small pillows. And oh my goodness the spiral staircase was a nightmare! Thank heavens we were on the second floor and not the third. Simply put, I would not stay there again. "

"Twin room was larger than I thought it would be. Quite clean. Staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. A couple of evening "concierge" men were rude and not helpful. The morning one was awesome. One more criticism - the shower floor is extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped and I did also. Grab bars and a textured floor would make them so much safer! Overall, it was a great stay, very very close to everything near Centraal station. "
