"Room was on the 6th floor. Weren’t told the correct lift at first so got a little lost . Had to go back to reception and were given correct instructions to find the room. Exceptionally hot during stay but air con in room was excellent thankfully.
Very good location - next to Central Station and close to centre. Dam Square 10-15 min walk, Ann Frank House 25 min walk.
Security in hotel very good - bar area very pleasant and reasonably priced .
Towels were’nt the best quality- very thin and not generous in size.
A non slip mat to use in the shower would be useful as I nearly slipped a couple of times
Communal areas could have been cleaner dirt on the stairs remained for the duration of my stay and used food containers left outside rooms for a couple of days. .
Overall staff friendly and helpful - a good budget hotel at a decent price . Would use again for convenience ."
