The room was comfortable, service and amenities were fantastic, and the immediate access to public transport made getting anywhere in the city very convenient.

Loved the stay the hotel was clean and everything was great. The staff was very helpful! The location is good and the train station is 2 min walk. There are convince stores and coffee shops located close to the hotel

Front desk staff and at the restaurant was polite and welcoming. Love that they have gluten free options at the restaurant. They showed their appreciation with a small chocolate box and cookies. They were wonderful!

Try the skybar rooftop. A nice place to spend your night at.

The property is nice and clean. Great place for event. Close to metro ( one stop away to Amsterdam central) . Breakfast was nice. Staffs are friendly. The only downside is no stores or restaurants around the area. Theres two restaurants on site. The next door casino has restaurant but does not allow minor to enter.

We would like to appreciate the excellent service we received at front desk since our flight from Ireland was early and our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk expeditiously attempted to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, and they did! The rooms were clean and huge. And the buffet selections were impressive. The free shuttle service to the airport was a plus. We will surely use this hotel once we come back to Amsterdam again!

Would recommend great staff easy access to all tourist sights

Great Hotel, The only thing I didn’t like was the 90 euros I was charge for the city taxes, the hotel must let the guest know about that ahead of time.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

Very nice and convenient stay at the airport.

This was my first time in Amsterdam. Used the hotel for 3 nights before leaving on a 21 day cruise. The rooms are wonderful. Bathroom and shower all modern. Food options good for staying at the hotel. The daily use for the shuttle to and from the airport worked terrific. We used it for getting to the airport with all the trains going anywhere. Convenient to the airport

taking a cab from Centraal station, the cab driver could not find the hotel, when it was really in front of his nose. Once I got there, the experience was great. I was concerned about the distance from the center of the city, but there's a tram that stops right in front of the hotel that takes you right to the center of things. It's also a pleasant if lengthy walk. The neighborhood has a number of interesting restaurants and bars and there's a great supermarket a block away. The room has a...

Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.
