"I’ve stayed here many times in the past year or so. I’m mostly impressed by the management and staff. Always courteous and helpful—unlike other places I’ve stayed while in Amsterdam. Some of the apartments and amenities inside are more dated than others, but overall I continue to stay here because the apartments are a good value. "

I'd like to point out Maria and Sebastian working the Front Desk, they both went above and beyond helping us arrange activities and transportation. Really took their time and were beyond helpful, professional and friendly. They both speak at least 4 languages, Spanish being one of them which was great for my mom, and they really made our trip to Amsterdam!"

"Easily accessible using public transport to the central station. Lovely to return back to hotel to a quieter area of Amsterdam. Rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Tea, coffee & toiletries were excellent quality. Only issue we had that was resolved was our bathroom electric tripped out two mornings. We assume it was from a guest using a dodgy electrical item as it would’ve tripped other areas in our corridor. Once reported the electric was back on in 5 minutes. "

"Great hotel, clean and well equipped. Great spa facilities too. We have not used the bar or the restaurant so cannot comment. The only point to mention to give the customers heads up is a very narrow entrance to the car park. Larger cars may struggle. We decided to leave the car outside, we were lucky to have found a free parking spot."

"I will recommend this property as it is so near the bus stop with bus 22. This makes it easier and convenient to go to the city center.. The breakfast buffet is excellent!! Although there not much changes in the menu everyday, there are wide selections I would like to give an excellent for the staffs but was a bit let down when one female receptionist was not familiar with how can we rent the portable wifi and not made an effort to look how we can rent it. "When checking-in I did not receive the correct change. I was charged 87 euros for property taxes. I paid 100 euros, but receive 3 as change. After inquiring on this matter, the hotels manager realized I was robbed. I ended up receiving 20 euros (one as compensation). Watch out for this. Besides this minor incident, the hotel is just fantastic !"
