"Stylish, clean hotel. Good value, comfy beds, well-located. I particularly enjoyed their breakfast. I'd like to point out Maria and Sebastian working the Front Desk, they both went above and beyond helping us arrange activities and transportation. Really took their time and were beyond helpful, professional and friendly. They both speak at least 4 languages, Spanish being one of them which was great for my mom, and they really made our trip to Amsterdam!"

"When checking-in I did not receive the correct change. I was charged 87 euros for property taxes. I paid 100 euros, but receive 3 as change. After inquiring on this matter, the hotels manager realized I was robbed. I ended up receiving 20 euros (one as compensation). Watch out for this. Besides this minor incident, the hotel is just fantastic !"

"I will recommend this property as it is so near the bus stop with bus 22. This makes it easier and convenient to go to the city center.. The breakfast buffet is excellent!! Although there not much changes in the menu everyday, there are wide selections I would like to give an excellent for the staffs but was a bit let down when one female receptionist was not familiar with how can we rent the portable wifi and not made an effort to look how we can rent it. "The room I had was quite small but I'm travelling solo so it was adequate for me. The bed was quite hard which is personal preference I know. The bathroom was small but functional. The shower had good pressure and the grate between the shower and the basin and toilet prevents the water from going into this area. Breakfast was good with specialty coffees available."
