"I would like to commend the service we received, upon check in and check out everything went smoothly. We arrived early on the day of check in and requested our bags to be stored , instead we were told that we could check in to our rooms instead! Also on the day of check out the team made it easy for us to store our luggage whilst we explored Amsterdam. Upon leaving the same member of staff who had checked us in was present, he asked us about our little holiday and provided us with a coffee and little treat for our journey back to the UK. As for the rooms, mine was on the smaller side but that’s expected, however it was cozy for sure. Location is very convenient, the tram cost ca. €1.7 from central station and it’s more less door to door. All in all for the price , I would definitely recommend for a short weekend stay. "
