"The property grounds were a highlight. We made good use of the pond and it was really neat to hear all the frogs at night. Pros: -Pond - the water is clear and there are lots of toys! -Other outdoor perks like cornhole, horseshoes, visiting tortoises, and lots of places to sit and hang out. -The casita is a tight space, but very doable and it had everything we needed for our stay. AC works good and blocks out outside noise. Cons: -Lots of mosquitoes"

"This is the perfect place to stay to just get away! Roy was so great as a host, it felt so friendly and comfortable to stay at his guest house. My husband and I hung out playing pool, listening to music and relaxing as a perfect little get away. The kitchen has all you need to make meals just like at home. We hope to get away again soon. "It is a beautiful property. We barely saw the owners however. I actually never even met him or her. I only saw some workers. There was nothing offered for us to do or anything shown to us on the property. There is a fire pit but there was no one to light it. And there is a barbecue grill but I would’ve had no idea how to start it. Luckily we had eaten a very late lunch or we would have starved to death. Lol. I have no idea if there is anything within driving distance to eat. but we were just...

"I travel to Brenham often for work. RSR is ALWAYS my go to place to stay if they have availability. The staff are super friendly, the property is beautiful and the cabins are immaculately clean. I HIGHLY recommend! I consider Darrell and his team great friends since I have gotten to know them better. Schedule a horseback ride…AMAZING!"
