Staff really do their best to maximize guest comfort over anything else (so, they will put travellers in single rooms instead of sharing if the hotel isn't full and will keep breakfast open a bit past the 10:30 cutoff for guests who arrived very late at night). "It was peaceful and quiet. The owner and son were very polite and friendly. But there were no stuff in this hotel room. (No coffee, tea, sugar, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.,) There were 2 cockroaches and perhaps more we didn’t find :( Food was okay but it wasn’t free. At least 1 way airport shuttle could’ve been provided but I had to pay for both. The rooms smelled dusty. Broadband was horribly slow."

"Traveled with my family (6 pax) and reached there in the middle of the night. Stayed there only for the night as we had to leave for Kandy the next morning. Had trouble finding the hotel, quite isolated and a little far from the main road. Nothing to do in the area. The room was nice with comfortable beds, the bathroom was beautiful and spacious but there's a horrible stench which we could not identify the source. Staff were excellent and very accommodating, super friendly (big plus for me!)....
