"Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor. "We had a great stay at Canvas Hotel, definitely would rate it a solid 5/5!! The hotel is near the PPS airport and they also have a shuttle service. We were not able to stay for breakfast because we have an early flight, but they were very kind to offer us a packed breakfast to go and the food was delicious! This hotel is highly recommended and would absolutely book again when we go back to PPS! To all the staff of the hotel, thank you for your warm, amazing, friendly service! "
