"Super convenient and very good quality food and beverage services. The proximity and quality of the beach and pool facilities make this property spectacular. During our ten day stay it was never annoyingly crowded. Location is easy to get to from Lihue and adjacent to Kōloa where more food options and shopping abound. We choose Kauai over other islands because it projects more of a laid back, old Hawaii vibe. This property oozes all of that. We will be back!!"

"Our stay was overall pleasant, but fell slightly short of expectations. We had booked an “ocean view” room anticipating a direct view of the ocean, however our room overlooked the pool and hot tub area instead. It was only upon arrival that we learned that “front ocean view” rooms are the ones that truly guarantee an ocean-facing perspective, which felt somewhat misleading at the time of booking. The bed was comfortable enough, though not particularly memorable, and while we didn’t have the opportunity to try the on-site dining, the beach itself was nice, though fairly standard. All in all, a decent stay, but I would recommend paying close attention to room categories to avoid any disappointment."

"Our family of 11 recently stayed @ Hawaii Haus in Poipu which was great. Good location close to shops, restaurants and the beach and some torrential weather at times did not spoil our fun! Lots of beach gear (toys, umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc.) which made it nice for the entire family. Beautiful house, open floor plan, great A/C and the kids loved the pool."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home perfectly accommodated our family of 6 adults. Great location to activities and restaurants around the island. We spent many evenings enjoying a take-out dinner and conversation on the upper deck while taking in the sunset. The hot tub and pool provided us with relaxation after a day of either golf, hiking or kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a morning or evening walk. I would highly recommend this property for 4 couples or a family with older children, not one with small children. All bedrooms are large, well-appointed and en-suite, plenty of space to relax together or separately."

"The views were awesome. Location was great. Email with instructions was a little late arriving day of arrival. Needed a couple things and host provided those timely. Host was kind and friendly. Noise from studio above was pretty noticeable. They weren't being overly loud or jumping around, just not very sound proof. The house had most things a person would want. No welcome gift, which was a VRBO first, but not promised either. Easy walk to Baby Beach which was nice. Saw a seal and whales there. Turtles daily. Good, not great stay. Kind of spendy for 1 bed. Bed was pretty firm, which is what some people prefer. "

Had a good layout for our group with lots of space to relax, play games, and enjoy the sunrises. The kitchen is large and very well furnished. The pool area has several seating areas. We were pleased to find a good supply of beach towels and beach chairs. Both the house and the pool were very clean and well cared for. A broken umbrella was replaced the same day. A couple of the beds are a bit softer than we would have liked. There are some restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's a quick drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend this house!"
