"Dream stay!! This was our first visit to Hawaii and I am so glad we decided to stay at Koloa Landing. The grounds are lush and verdant—like staying in an impeccably maintained botanical garden. The amenities are eye popping. We had to drag ourselves away because we could have spent all our time by the pools. The main pool is fabulous. My kids were in heaven. But there were plenty of chill spots for adults as well, among the three stunning pools. Every staff member was friendly and kind. Highly recommend! We’re already planning a return trip."

"The property is expansive. So be prepared to walk a long way to your room. However because it’s not a tall building you never wait for an elevator. We had two queens garden room and I honestly thought I would hate the bottom floor but it was great. We could hear the ocean but not see it. "

"Our family of 11 enjoyed the most wonderful week at Tiki Villa. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, and the furnishings were super comfortable. We appreciated the stocked garage and made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Having a pool in the backyard was the icing on the cake! Thank you for hosting us in the most beautiful home in the perfect location. We made memories that will last a lifetime."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in quiet residential neighborhood. Had a good layout for our group with lots of space to relax, play games, and enjoy the sunrises. The kitchen is large and very well furnished. The pool area has several seating areas. We were pleased to find a good supply of beach towels and beach chairs. Both the house and the pool were very clean and well cared for. A broken umbrella was replaced the same day. A couple of the beds are a bit softer than we would have liked. There are some restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's a quick drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend this house!"

"Wonderful home. Pool was lovely. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Rooms were nice and cozy. Great location for town and a short 30 min walk to beach. I would say the noise from upstairs to down was very loud. You can hear every thing above. Definitely would rec and stay again "
