"We cannot say enough wonderful things about the property as well as the management! They communicated constantly. If we had an issue, they would fix it in no time. We had a wonderful family vacation and the accessibility for our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, was absolute perfection! Overall, it was the best experience we’ve had with any sort of rental. Not to mention the property was absolutely incredible! A huge thank you to the owners for an immaculate property as well as management for maintenance and care of the property and their wonderful communication. Mahalo!"

"My husband and I took our family of 14 to Hawaii and stayed at Tiki Villa, we all had a great time, the house was well equipped with pool & beach toys, towels, snorkeling gear, bikes and scooters for all ages.Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes.Also 2 pack n plays and highchair, which came in handy.Primary bathroom does get a little warm as the day heats up.Very nice place would stay again."

"The room was really pretty good! Not luxury but good. It has some rust and mold from being in a moist environment, but that’s to be expected. The front room and kitchen were very nice and updated and welcoming. The master bedroom and bathroom were redone and nice. The kids bedroom felt a little dingy and had massive cobwebs in the ceiling corners— which made the kids scared to sleep in there. So the kids piled into our master bedroom and my husband went to sleep in the kids room. He lasted a few minutes before he felt bugs jumping all over him—and he came back to the master as well. No AC so the entire place stayed muggy and hot the entire day and night. We all slept on top of the sheets because it was so hot.You need to leave the windows open to get a breeze. But the screens fit poorly and there’s gaps in the doors so little bugs get in. Think gnats, moths, and mosquitos,and one large cockroach. The fans were rotating the wrong way to cool down the room so we switched the flip to make them rotate counterclockwise which made the fans throw large clumps of dust for days.The plan was to walk to poipu to see the turtles— but the way is blocked so you have to get in your car and drive the 2min to poipu beach. For Hawaii on a budget this place was great! The grounds and beach were beautiful! I however would not stay here again unless I can pick the exact condo I will be staying in—with AC!And a steep cleaning fee when you leave is wild with the cobwebs,dust,and dirty floorboards"

"The property was great. There was plenty of room for 4 couples and would still have room for children if needed. The only negative is that we thought we weee getting a working hot tub along with the pool. It was grimy and not clean. The pool maintenance crew came and shocked it but it just turned it milky white for the rest of the trip."

"This home was the perfect place for our family of six adults to stay for 10 nights! We loved everything about this home! The beautiful pool, the amazing fully equipped kitchen, the super comfy beds, the beautiful location and how close it is to everything we wanted to do & see! If we ever get the opportunity to come and stay here again we certainly will! Blessings & many thanks to the owners & management company who provided us this lovely home and always fast response to any questions we had during our stay! "
