"We had an amazing time at this house with two families totaling 10 people. Plenty of room never felt crowded. Rooms were great cleaning was decent. Check in process was good not great. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week we were there. Pool area is nice. Plenty of games for the kids o play. Bikes in the garage need work couple had flat tires and couple of small ones had issues with the brakes overall a nice stay."

"This was a perfect place to stay. Everything we needed was there, the location was great and the house was clean. Having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk! The only thing other members of our family mentioned was that the beds were very springy and weren’t the most comfortable beds. Other than that, we loved the place!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time staying here. Well equipped throughout especially the kitchen. Clean and organized. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Would stay here again anytime. Loved the view from the back with the golf course and the ocean in the distance. Not close to anyone on the back side which made it very private. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Loved being in a neighborhood away from the crowds but within 5-15 minutes of everything we wanted to see on a daily basis - beaches, shopping, restaurants. We had a few needs early on with not enough towels, but they addressed it immediately. We also had an issue with the oven later on but they addressed that as well. A very nice house and a wonderful location."

"We had a great stay and would definitely come back. For the size of the house and number of bedrooms, this was the best value we found. The house was clean, really spacious, and the layout worked great for our family.We loved having multiple living rooms. The kids could hang out in one while the adults relaxed in another, then we'd all get together for dinner and games. The detached cottage was perfect for my sister's family with a young child since it gave them a quiet place for naps and bedtime.One thing that surprised us was how much we ended up using the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. The kids loved the waterslide, and I really enjoyed the open-air gym—it had way more equipment than I expected. It ended up being one of our favorite perks.We've stayed on the north side of Kauai before, but we actually liked the south side better. The weather was consistently great, and being so close to Poipu Beach was a huge bonus. We'd definitely stay here again."

"The VRBO was a dream property for our entire family of 18. So much space. Everyone had a bed and everyone had seating when we cooked meals on site. The view on Hole 2 of the golf course was stunning and we could see the ocean. We loved the giant (15') island in the kitchen. We had an abundance of plates, cups, wine glasses and silverware to use. Pots, pans, storage containers, metal straws, spices, olive oil, two refrigerators along with foil and saran wrap made it feel just like home. Several types of coffee pots, and also a vacuum to clean rental cars of sand before returning them. The outdoor kitchen had all we needed. Our ten grandchildren (ages 6-17), enjoyed playing cornhole and using the putting green. They also LOVED the many boogie boards available in the "beach garage". We had beach chairs, 21 beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys. Everyone had a seat on the couch or chairs when we had movie night. We loved being able to open the glass walls and let the Kauai breeze blow in. Nana & Papa enjoyed the upstairs Master because we could relax on the balcony and get an even better view of the ocean. It was a quick drive to Spouting Horn or Poipu Beach (where the turtles and monk seals were on the beach). Also a short 10 minute walk, to the shops that were close by, via the walking path. Enjoyed our morning walks around the area. Finally, Sarah was the ultimate host. Always available and ready to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back!"
