"I stayed at the Landmark after the Taylor Swift gig in Edinburgh. I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who didn’t mind that I arrived late. The room I stayed in was large and clean with a very comfy bed. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant food but I’d love to on my next stay. Highly recommended! "

"This is a gem. An old established property that has been restored and upgraded to a very good standard, whilst retaining its essential character and sense of history and place. The location has stunning views - from our room, we had truly beautiful views to Bass Rock, Isle of May and towards Dunbar Castle and harbour. Excellent amenities in the room, with good quality tea, coffee and other refreshments. The staff were all wonderful - attentive, polite and efficient. The breakfast was first class...

"Wifi signal was very poor in our room so essentially unusable. The heating was full on even though it was unnecessary and there was no way to control it so we had to open a window: one was painted shut and the other one wouldn’t stay open. The restaurant was mediocre. "

"What a delightful stay. Quiet country area. Staff are ALL very friendly and welcoming. Restaurants of dinner and breakfast are 5 stars. Room was very spacious and beds/pillows very comfy. Once you check in you don’t need to go anywhere else to eat or drink. "
