"Stayed in Park Hotel in June for a family of 3. The room was very spacious and AC worked very well. Staff very accommodating. The hotel is definitely in an excellent location. There are a lot of restaurants and shops on the same street so extremely convenient. Even a souvenir shop right next door for last minute shopping. The Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is about a 10-ish minute walk. The Victoria Harbor is about 15 minute walk. If you need a taxi, the concierge desk will help you get one. I would really recommend this hotel."
