"Older hotel that could use some tlc. That said, great staff, clean comfortable room. Didn’t get to try breakfast as it doesn’t start till 7am am n bf I had to start work at 6:30. But Waffle House is in walking distance. "

"The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator with a little freezer compartment, Keurig coffeemaker, fairly large bathtub and a nice jacuzzi jetted tub. There was a nice jacuzzi and pool, just outside where the rooms were. Hope to stay during the holiday season."

"Upon arrival at the facility i was super excited. I loved the location and desk staff were friendly and clearly able to articulate policies. The room was bright and airy and overlooked the pool patio area. I purposefully waited to write this review until weeks after my stay was over as I didnt want to say something too harsh but looking back this is where the perfect getaway ended. Allowing people to party in that pool are is unacceptible. Maybe one of your managers should spend a night in that room when one of the drunken parties is going on. The first night no one at the desk answered my multiple calls. I complained the next morning and later on offered another room but when I returned to the hotel to accept it I was told it was no longer an option. Night two was quiet but night threes party volume and drunk loud behavior was surpassed on night 3 despite three calls to the front desk where staff responded by telling me they'd talk to them. After midnight as the noise continued I fell asleep only after several doses of benadryl and earplugs. Needless to say we checked out and will never return. This was not an i expensive stay so I basically paid 400 a night for aggravation which should have never been allowed initially. For all I know the hotel makes money off of these courtyard parties. I did request a refund but have received nothing."

"Only issue my wife and I have with Talking Stick Casino is the price of drinks whilst playing slots. I can see $7-$10+ at a nice bar in the casino or restaurant, but for a drink while gambling? Other than that, the pool areas are great! The Vet discounts are much appreciated! Blue Coyote has awesome breakfasts thats reasonably priced! The showroom and grand ballroom are relatively small, providing the concert experience up close and personal. Rooms are nice! Enjoy Pete’s coffee pods and real coffee mugs, only issue is the shutters Let a lot of light through when closed, causing a somewhat rude awakening after a good night out."

"First time at this location. Easy outside parking. The hotel is in a good location and I felt safe. Lovely lobby space and easy check in. Didn’t use the commissary area, but it did look well stocked and the chocolate chunk cookies looked amazing! Room was a little dated, but clean and comfy. The bed was super comfortable. The linens were very soft and smelled clean, although the pillows were small. Water pressure was great in the shower and the bathroom was clean… and bonus, the towels were soft and not scratchy! I’m actually very happy to find this hotel. I stay in Phoenix a lot and even though this was a little out of my way in Mesa, it was worth it!"

"Nice clean room breakfast was good the afternoon reception was decent I’m use to 4 drinks that I’ve received at other Embassy Suites but it was fine. The set up of this particular Embassy Suites was a little different it gave apartment settings but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The only thing that I had a problem with was the toilet pressure it just wasn’t enough."
