"Great location and place to stay near Holetown and Speightstown. Reason was super available and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. The Villa was very clean and although close to many beaches, having a pool was a great part of our stay. "

"A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. If you like to work out while away, be aware that the fitness/gym facility is quite poor. The space is very limited, and there is a distinct lack of weight training equipment available. Unfortunately, our day of departure really put a dampener on the trip. We asked to keep our room for a short while to wash and change before our flight, but we were refused because "new clients were arriving." Given that a large portion of the hotel's guests travel from the UK, the flight schedules meant it was highly unlikely new arrivals would be needing our specific room while we were still on the property. It gave us the distinct impression that the hotel was only interested in keeping new arrivals happy at the expense of departing guests. Eventually, we were provided with a courtesy room to wash in, but the state of it was awful. It had a bad smell and was left in a total mess, complete with empty bottles and a huge pile of wet towels left behind. We had a beautiful holiday, but the way we were treated on departure day was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great holiday"

"A beautiful apartment with wonderful views. Exceptionally well equipt. Very helpful and friendly host and owner. Couldn't fault it in any way. Preferable to have a car, but only 10/15 mins walk to beach and bus stops. It is on a hill so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties to ealk. Spectacular sunsets! "

"We loved staying at this rental at Sugar Hill. The. apartment was spacious, comfortable & had a lovely ground floor terrace just a few steps from one of the communal pools. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Amanda's lovely villa. It was clear that this had been a much-loved family home as there was everything we could possibly have needed - including beach chairs and a cool box! The plunge pool and hot tub were well-maintained during our visit and the housekeeper, Marcia, was wonderful - really responsive and friendly. We found the villa to be exactly as described and pictured - it was clean, spacious and had the most beautiful views from the balcony. We spent hours sitting on the comfy outdoor sofa, watching hummingbirds and even a family of monkeys early one morning. It was also the perfect place to enjoy a rum punch and watch the sunset! The villa is ideally situated to benefit from the trade winds and although air conditioning was provided in the bedrooms, we didn't need to use this as the ceiling fan was more than sufficient. Sugar Hill is a lovely development and we enjoyed several delicious meals at The Deck restaurant, where we were greeted as regulars by the staff. Amanda's villa is the perfect place to totally relax and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. We didn't want to leave! I also wanted to mention Amanda's helpful communication - she kept us updated on local events (such as a jazz evening and the opening of the padel courts) which was much appreciated and enhanced our holiday."

"first of all when I got there, they put me in one room and it was dirty so then they moved me and then I got a accused of being abusive and they told me that I was gonna be evicted and I wanted evidence were three days of my holiday, because my anxiety was all over the place my children I've got autistic children anxiety didn't know whether we had to leave or not upsetting him for the rest of my holiday, so on a whole terrible "

"Francene was a great host, very friendly and knowledgeable. The house was spotless and i was even left a few treats in the fridge to get my stay going. Would fully recommend this property and would ideally suit a sizeable family and friends as it was really big. Well done Francene, i look forward to staying there again in the new year"
