"Lovely cosy cottage with amazing views. Well equipped, warm and comfortable. "

"We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is close to all the amenities Appledore has to offer. It is an ideal base to discover North Devon, which is beautiful. The garden...

"Cosy, clean and comfortable flat in a great location for walks and touring. Beautifully decorated with a seaside theme and with everything you need for a lovely break!"

The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). "What a beautiful cottage! We had a wonderful week. We had a small issue, which Mark bent over backwards to help sort out. It felt like home and we loved it. A great base for exploring the north coast, the community shop was a godsend. Highly recommended."

"A comfortable clean compact cottage in an incredible location close to Hartland Quay and Hartland Point, the only minor issue being the sharp entry and exit to and from the drive. The cottage being upside down with the living area on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped kitchen wise and an enormous double bed and dog friendly.Overall a very pleasant comfortable and welcoming cottage."

"the dogs loved it, and it was relaxing brake for the humans"

"We had an excellent stay at Berkeley cottage. The location was perfect for getting into town very quickly, but was also very quiet during the night. Log burner made it very cosy and will be looking to return back soon!"

"Beautiful cottage set in a small beautiful village with very freindly locals."

"A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage."

"Lovely location and accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for 3 of us."

"The cottage was easy to locate following instructions. The cottage was very clean and tidy. We had 1 minor problem which was dealt with very quickly. We met the owner who was very nice and chatty The price we paid was very reasonable and worth every penny. Will definitely book again"
