Lift inside needs upgrading, fixtures and fittings need upgrading. STAFF were lovely especially Carol in the lounge area, very kind and helpful. Pool and garden area lovely. "This is a traditional old style hotel. May not be ultra modern but full of charm and character and wonderful staff. Always a pleasure to stay. The restaurant is top notch for both breakfast and evening dinner."
